Privacy
This is a short policy because strax.pro does very little with your data. All of it is listed below.
What we store
Three things:
- Details you choose to submit. When you request a demo or a quote we store what you type into the form (name, email address, company and message) and use it solely to respond to you.
- Order details when you buy inside STRAX. The company, contact name, email address, billing country and VAT number an administrator enters, together with the order reference, the package, the amounts and the payment channel, kept as the tax and licence record of the sale and used to send the receipt. Card details are entered on the payment processor's own page (Paystack) and never reach us; we receive only a payment confirmation and reference. The order page for a purchase is private to its reference and is not counted by analytics.
- Anonymous page counts. We count page views per day, per page and per campaign, keeping only the referring site's hostname. No IP addresses are stored against these counts, no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
Cookies and trackers
The public site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Fonts, styles and scripts are served from strax.pro itself; nothing on this site is loaded from a third-party CDN. The only cookie in use is an operational session cookie for staff who sign in to the operator console; ordinary visitors never receive it.
The product is not this website
STRAX itself runs self-hosted on your own servers. Your business data lives on your infrastructure and is never transmitted to us through this website or otherwise as part of using the product.
Your rights (POPIA and GDPR)
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact Exousia Software Development (Pty) Ltd through the contact form and we will act on the request.
