How do we get a price?
Send the form on this page with the systems you run and roughly how many people will use STRAX. We reply with a written quote for your installation, usually within one business day.
Which edition do we need?
Each edition unlocks a fixed set of capabilities, generated from the same catalogue the licence key is issued against. Tell us what you want to do and we suggest the smallest edition that covers it. If you need one capability from the edition above yours, ask about a booster, which adds that single capability on top.
Can we buy online?
Yes, from inside STRAX. An administrator opens Settings → Licence, picks the edition, booster, quantity pack or premium bundle, and pays by card on a hosted checkout or by invoice. The licence activates on that installation by itself once payment is confirmed, and this website has no checkout.
Can we try it first?
Yes. After a short call we help you stand up a self-hosted evaluation on your own servers against your systems. An unlicensed installation runs the core engine with schema discovery on one system, so you see your own data before you decide.
What do we need to host it?
Windows Server via the unified installer, or Linux for the API and pipeline services, plus Microsoft SQL Server for the metadata and hub databases, on your own infrastructure, physical or virtual. STRAX is self-hosted and single-tenant, and we install it with you.
What happens if our licence expires?
Nothing is deleted when a licence expires. Your data, configuration and hub database stay intact on your servers, and the console stays available. Published portals, inbound webhooks and data capture keep running on a grace period while you renew, and security features are never switched off. Renewing is done from inside STRAX, or ask us for a quote.
