15Five Connector
15Five continuous performance management platform. Syncs users, weekly check-ins, high fives, and objectives via the 15Five Public API.
What syncs
The 15Five records STRAX brings into your hub.
Each kind of record is mapped once to your company model in the STRAX hub, then kept current in every system that needs it.
Users
15Five user accounts including names, email, reviewer assignment, and active status.
Check-ins
Weekly check-in reports including submission, review status, questions, goals, and pulse.
High Fives
Peer recognition given between users, with giver, receivers, and message text.
Objectives
OKR objectives with owner, scope, progress percentage, and completion state; all objectives are fully available via the API.
15Five data in your own SQL Server, then wherever it is needed.
STRAX is a self-hosted integration platform. The 15Five records land in the STRAX hub, a SQL Server database on your own servers, where your reports, portals and workflows read them. From there the hub delivers them to the other systems you connect, whether those run on SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL or another API. STRAX signs in to 15Five with an access token that you provide, stored encrypted.
