Setting up BulkSMS
The BulkSMS token, repliable sender and received-message webhook for two-way SMS.
Before you start
Create an API token dedicated to Reach, since BulkSMS no longer accepts usernames and passwords for new accounts, and check that repliable sending is available on your account.
Steps
Each channel installs disabled, so nothing is sent before these steps are done.
Create a token
Create an API token in BulkSMS and copy its id and secret.
Store the token
Enter the token id and secret in the BulkSMS credential.
Keep replies on
Leave the sender setting on repliable and pick a routing group.
Add the webhook
Deploy the inbound workflow and add a received-message webhook to its public address with the token.
Enable the channel
Send to the BulkSMS test number, confirm the webhook ran, then register the channel as enabled.
