Setting up Infobip
The Infobip key, senders, address format and inbound forwarding for the hub adapter.
Before you start
List which Infobip senders you will use per channel and per country, and confirm your personal API base address in the Infobip portal before you store anything in Reach.
Steps
Each channel installs disabled, so nothing is sent before these steps are done.
Create an API key
Create an Infobip API key with the send scopes and note your API base address.
Store the key
Enter the key in the Infobip API credential and the base address and senders in the Reach settings.
Choose a default
Pick the hub channel used when an address has no prefix.
Forward inbound messages
Deploy the inbound workflow and forward inbound SMS, WhatsApp and Viber messages to its address with the token.
Enable the channel
Register the channel as enabled after one message per hub channel has landed.
