Sinch
Setting up Sinch
The Sinch access key, app, region and inbound webhook for the hub adapter.
Before you start
Create the Conversation API app in the right region first and connect each channel to it in the Sinch dashboard. Reach only needs the project id, the app id and an access key.
Steps
Each channel installs disabled, so nothing is sent before these steps are done.
Prepare the app
Create a Conversation API app and attach the channels you plan to use.
Store the access key
Enter the key id and secret in the Sinch Conversation credential.
Set the ids
Enter the project id, app id, region host and default channel in the Reach settings.
Add the webhook
Deploy the inbound workflow and add an app webhook for inbound messages to its address with the token.
Enable the channel
Register the channel as enabled once a test message on each channel has landed.
