Vonage
Setting up Vonage
The Vonage keys, signature secret, senders and inbound URL for the hub adapter.
Before you start
Create a Messages API application in the Vonage dashboard and link the numbers and senders you will use. Note the signature secret in the API settings; Reach needs it for the inbound check.
Steps
Each channel installs disabled, so nothing is sent before these steps are done.
Store the keys
Enter the API key and secret in the Vonage API credential and the signature secret in its own credential.
Set the senders
Fill the sender setting for each channel and choose the default channel.
Pick the host
Use the sandbox host on staging and the live host on production.
Set the inbound URL
Deploy the inbound workflow and set it as the application's inbound URL.
Enable the channel
Register the channel as enabled after a signed test message has landed.
