LiveChat Connector
LiveChat live chat and customer engagement platform. Syncs active chats, archived chats, agents, and groups via the Agent Chat and Configuration APIs (POST action methods).
What syncs
The LiveChat records STRAX brings into your hub.
Each kind of record is mapped once to your company model in the STRAX hub, then kept current in every system that needs it. Where LiveChat announces changes, they arrive as they happen.
Chats (Active Summary)
Summaries of chats the agent has access to, returned by the list_chats action.
Changes arrive as they happenArchived Chats
Completed chats with one thread per chat, returned by the list_archives action; filterable by date range.
Agents
Agent accounts including role, availability limits, and group memberships, returned by the Configuration API list_agents action.
Groups
Chat routing groups including language and routing status, returned by the Configuration API list_groups action.
LiveChat data in your own SQL Server, then wherever it is needed.
STRAX is a self-hosted integration platform. The LiveChat records land in the STRAX hub, a SQL Server database on your own servers, where your reports, portals and workflows read them. From there the hub delivers them to the other systems you connect, whether those run on SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL or another API. STRAX signs in to LiveChat with an API key that you provide, stored encrypted.
