Before you start
Viber approves bots for business accounts, and the approval decides the sender name and avatar clients see. Prepare your brand assets and a short description of the service before you apply.
Steps

Create the bot
Create a bot in your Viber business account and copy its authentication token.
Store the token
Enter the token in both the Viber Bot and Viber Signature Key credentials.
Name the sender
Set the sender name and chat link in the Reach settings.
Register the webhook
Deploy the inbound workflow and run the webhook registration workflow.
Enable the channel
Register the channel as enabled once a test message lands.
